Chef’s Harvest Table is a quiet four-course expression of the season — an evolving tasting experience inspired by the farms, forests, waters, and live-fire cooking that shape our kitchen at Granita.

Offered in limited availability, the menu changes subtly every two weeks, guided by what is freshest, most inspiring, and most alive in the moment. Each course is designed with intention, restraint, and a deep respect for ingredient, seasonality, and place.

Rather than a traditional tasting menu, Harvest Table is meant to feel personal — a conversation between the kitchen, the season, and the guest.
