At Granita Enoteca, our philosophy is simple: cook with the seasons, source with intention, and create experiences that bring people together.
Under the direction of Executive Chef Heidi Marsh, Granita has evolved into a kitchen driven by local harvest, global inspiration, and a deep respect for the ingredients we serve. Our menus change seasonally, guided by what’s growing, what’s fresh, and what inspires us in the moment. From handmade pastas to wood-fired selections and thoughtfully composed seasonal plates, each dish reflects both craft and connection.
We are proud to partner with regional farmers and producers, building our menus around ingredients that are responsibly grown and full of character. This commitment extends beyond the plate. It’s a reflection of our belief in community, sustainability, and bringing real food to the table.
Our wine program is a curated journey—featuring small producers, expressive terroirs, and both classic and emerging regions from around the world. Whether through our rotating selections or immersive experiences like our Cellar Series, we invite guests to explore wine in a way that feels both approachable and inspiring.
