This time, the food comes first. Join Chef Heidi Marsh for a special edition of Granita's Cellar Series built from the kitchen outward. Chef's Edition begins with a five-course tasting menu inspired by the season, the market, and whatever is capturing our attention in the kitchen. Only after the menu is written do we head into the Granita cellar to select wines from our collection for each course. Some may be familiar. Others may be bottles we rarely have an opportunity to open. Every selection is made for one reason: it belongs with the food. Thoughtful cooking, beautiful wine, and an intimate evening around the table.
